At Matrix Warehouse Computers (PTY) Ltd, we strive to ensure your tech needs are met with excellence; however, if you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 7 days of purchase provided it remains in its original packaging. All returns are subject to testing and verification by our technical department to ensure hardware integrity.

Return Process

  Contact our support team or visit your nearest Matrix Warehouse branch with your original tax invoice to begin the return authorization process.

  Technical Assessment

  Our in-house technicians will inspect the hardware for any signs of physical damage, software tampering, or component failure to determine eligibility.

  Package Your Item

  Ensure the product is placed back in its original, undamaged packaging including all cables, manuals, and promotional bundles that were included.

  Refund or Exchange

  Once approved, you can choose between an immediate exchange for a replacement unit or a refund processed via the original payment method.
